Conference Attendance Terms and Conditions (Please scroll this text box to read the full text)
Conference Registration and Refunds - This registration, along with payment of the required fees, authorizes you (hereafter “Attendee”) to attend this IANDS Conference. Attendees may cancel and obtain a refund, less a $50 processing fee, 7 days before the start of the conference. No refunds will be made thereafter. Exhibitor fees are not refundable.
Photography and Recording - Attendees consent to still and video photographs taken of them at this Conference, for the promotion of IANDS, and other positive portrayals of near-death experiences. Attendees are not authorized and may not take photographs, still or video, or make audio recordings of presentations, events, and sessions during the Conference.
Commercial Contracts (ex. Videographers, Photographers, Media, etc.) - Any Attendee who wishes to make still or video photographs and/or audio recordings for any commercial purpose, shall enter into a written contract with IANDS prior to the Conference, at the sole discretion of IANDS. A commercial purpose is any purpose other than strictly personal use, not disseminated in any form to third-parties for promotion or commercial purposes. Please download and fill out this form:

Use of Name on Website - Opting Out - The name, city, and state of all attendees will appear in a public Attendance List. Attendees wishing not to be listed should so indicate on their registration form. Following registration, attendees wishing to change this designation may do so by emailing IANDSconference@gmail.com.
Schedule Changes - Attendees agree to changes, including removing or substituting any speaker, presentation, or event.
Child Attendance—Attendees aged 8 to 16 may attend only with an accompanying adult. No person under the age of 8 may attend without prior written permission from IANDS.
Loss or Damage - Attendees assume all responsibility for damage to and/or loss of all personal items brought to the Conference.
IF YOU ARE A PRESENTER
* As a presenter, l authorize IANDS to audio and video record my presentation(s) for possible live streaming, duplication, and sales, and to take still photographs of me.
* IANDS will give me credit for my presentation, which will be noted on each media package.
* IANDS will hold all rights to the recordings and photographs, and the CDs, DVDs, and online videos may be sold during and after this symposium by IANDS, or posted by IANDS on the IANDS website or elsewhere on the Internet.
* I will hold IANDS harmless from any claim that the contents of my presentation were unauthorized or inaccurate.
I hold IANDS harmless from any claims of personal injury, theft, or loss during the conference, and assume all such risks.

At IANDS Conferences, Workshops and Healing Sessions are offered to Conference attendees. The services provided at Workshops and Healing Sessions at IANDS Conferences are a service to the Conference attendees and do not constitute legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.
